Why are we crowdfunding?

The organizers of the Climate Storytelling 2075 anthology are committed to envisioning a 2075 where we “get it right,” and to start building that world today.

That means paying artists for their contributions to the work of combatting climate change impacts

starting now.

We are grateful for the support of the Center for Diverse Leadership in Science for their support of artist stipends for the inaugural 2024 cohort.

We actively seek partnerships to sustain and scale this work.

pay frontline youth directly for their storytelling work
support the ongoing facilitation, mentorship, and development of the program
launch future calls for proposals
exhibit this work in-person and digitally in ways that are accessible to all

Donations made to Climate Storytelling 2075 are not tax deductible. We will acknowledge your donation by confirmation receipt and share impact reports on your donation, but these cannot be used for tax exemption at this time.

Of course! By making a gift, you will be auto-subscribed for updates from us about what our artists are up to, how we are getting the word - and art- out into the world, and future call for proposals and cohorts. We opt for email updates so as to reduce our paper usage.
While Climate Storytelling 2075 does not currently hold nonprofit status, and donations are not tax-deductible, your contributions go directly to our artists and exhibition expenses. Think of your donation as an act of mutual aid, empowering frontline creatives to imagine and shape better climate futures.
